NEWS FROM THE ISLAND

December was relatively quiet because of the holidays, but the new year has really started strong. Reservations are running well ahead of last years numbers, and we want to express our thanks. Repeat guests are the base of our business. Approximately 40% of our guests have visited us more than once in this past year (we must be doing something right). Personal referrals are an important part of our advertising, and to express our appreciation we are going to offer a 10% discount and an EXTRA two for one escort for repeat guests and their friends that are referred to us and book their vacation before June 1st.

Our need for the proposed spa and tropical waterfall near the pool has become increasingly apparent (plans have been drawn and construction will begin soon). We have rented an adjacent villa recently with a pool and spa overlooking the ocean, and all of the girls (those with guests and without) are constantly in the spa (usually naked of course). The third villa has given us the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests per week. We feel that is the maximum number of guests that we can handle right now without losing our small group, family atmosphere.

Our list of excursion choices for our guests keeps expanding. We now offer a chance for guests to swim with dolphins at a nearby water park. And we offer custom excursions for guests with special interests, such as kite surfing (our manager Mike is a former instructor at Vela Surf), wildlife photography (endangered tropical birds and nesting sea turtles), and a 2 day cruise on a chartered 76 ft. ketch (which was used in the movies "Pirates of The Caribbean" and "Legends of the Fall") (there is an extra charge for this excursion). For most guests the highlight of their week is now the free 1 day charter of a 46ft. catamaran to nearby Coche Island. We just want to offer even more, for guests that want to "turn it up a notch".

We want to offer congratulations to our newest bride, Anais. We have now lost 12 girls to engagement or marriage. And one girl has had 9 marriage proposals in the last year (we will not say who). It makes things difficult for us to have to constantly replace some our best escorts, but at the same time, it is testimony to the quality of the girls that work with us. Hey, you guys! While there is some unrest in Caracas, 80 miles away from the airport. To get to/from Caracas by road you will have to travel through the
longest spiral tunnel in the world. If you are just changing planes you will be escorted by out travel representative Luis,
who just happens to be an ex Police Constable with security clearance at the airport. If your arrive late you must stay overnight. Your will be escorted by Luis to our small hotel just 5 minutes away, about $40 charge and back to the airport in the morning. The Caracas airport itself is as secure as any in the world.

At last we were able to recover all 3,000 of your e-mail addresses after the horrific crash we had last month. Now for some good news, here is the report I received from the Island.


The Halloween party was a great success. What a way to welcome our new resident manager from England, Mike Feather!
V-Man (Viagra) set a new record for two for ones (2x1). Hoser changed girls almost every day but still fell in love twice! El Diablo told him to invoke the 3 day rule, "Don't stay with one girl longer than 3 days or you will fall in love". Well, so much for the GFE.

Chaka Nuui did not want to leave, and swears that he will be back in January. He finally met his match with Yarhil. Five times a day! Whew!
Mahatma Grande kept all the girls happy, and did not want to leave either. The girls all miss you David!

ill was looking for one to marry or at least take back to Florida with him, but there were just too many beautiful ones to choose from. Decisions, decisions. You can decide on your next visit. NOTE We have had 10 girls leave for engagement or marriage in the last 12 months. And there is one girl at the resort who has had 8 marriage proposals this year, but prefers to stay single. She is having too much fun! Guess which one.

Paola, Maria, and Chiquita (Ahme) were Charlie's Angels at the Halloween party. WOW. I have never seen angels dressed like that! Anais was the Sexy Witch of the South. Nice costume , Anais. Crissy was the Playboy Bunny in red. Yarhil was Diablita (little devil).

Marla was the sexiest CatWoman that I have ever seen. Meoooow! Gladys did not like her costume, so after a few tequilas she took it off. All of it!
Karina and Carolina helped tend bar. Their specialties were Sex on the Beach, and Cum in a Hot Tub. Yeoow!
A good time was had by all. We are looking forward to the New Years Eve Party!

Miguel (Minnesota Mike) turned over the reins of management on October 30, but he still visits the resort at least twice a week to share wind surfing and fishing stories and down a few rum and cokes.

· When you book your flights, please ask your travel agent to book you to Caracas, we take care of the short flight from Caracas to the Island. Our Travel Representatives Mary-Alexandra and Luis will pick you up. They will have your reservation and tickets ready and check you in with the airline. The same procedure applies to your return trip. Please note this only applies for flights that originate in the US. Flights originating in Europe or Canada are direct to the Island.

· Many prospective guests have asked me if the vacations are all inclusive. I cannot overemphasize that is absolutely all-inclusive. There is no tipping of the escorts, your driver or the rest of the resort's staff. The only money you need is if you go to the casino, to a nightclub or souvenir shopping.

· Early in the New Year I am planning to distribute a new video free cd and brochure, free of postal or handling charges. Unfortunately in the past few persons requested that the CD be delivered to addresses other than their own. This caused some embarrassing situations. If you have any suggestion please us know.

I am doing a deal with a large yacht owner, it is a 74 feet 3 masted KETCH 5 state rooms, fully crewed visiting the nearby Islands of Cubagua and Coche. It is a 2 days cruise and we will split the cost between you and I. Your cost will depend how many other guests will take it, it could be as high as $1,500 or as low as $200, everything is included per couple (you and your escort(s)) and they will be an extra 4-5 free escorts being around.

Sept. 29 Newsletter 2002
Well, it has been almost a year since Alexis and Thomas began working together to offer Margarita island Wild Vacations.
There will be a rip roaring Halloween party at the villas to celebrate the 1st anniversary. Bring a mask for yourself and your girl if you come. Our guests returning from vacations this past year will not recognize the place! We have made a lot of improvments. There is a large new open air dining and party sala that is covered by a palm thatched roof, to stay with the tropical flavor of our place. Also a bar and open air kitchen where Mirelys , our cook, works her magic. The food gets rave reviews from our guests and some of them have said "forget these hot chicas, I want to marry Marelys and take her home with me".

The bar has satellite television now. the guests usually want to watch the ball games or hockey, and the girls watch the playboy channel in one of the villas. But, TV is not a major attraction around here. The swimming pool, the beach out front, or strip tease night usually rate up there at the top of the list. A special note of interest is the new plans for a 100 gallon, 10 person jacuzzi with a rock garden waterfall. It should be ready for the new years party. We now count thirty girls that enjoy the company of our guests. they are not all here at once but it is not unusual to have 10 or more girls here for a party with 3-4 guests. We are still committed to staying small, discreet and private.

Talks have been held with the president of the local board of tourism to put more pressure on for the resumption of direct flights from the US to the island. Canada and Europe now have direct flights.

Our list of excursions keeps expanding and we now can help guests book overnight excursions to Angel falls (the worlds tallest waterfall), and diving and site trips to the Los Roques Islands nearby.

A large number of guests especially those who have vacationed with us before ask if they can pay for the entire trip in advance. We are proud of our payment policies but do understand that a lot of you prefer not to carry the funds for the balance of the vacation with them. We respect your point of view. We will accept all or part of the payment in advance as you request.


5) New Escort

Your deposit in full will be applied to the cost of your vacation. No deductions, no questions, only our hope that you travel with us very soon.


8) Benefits of Traveler’s Cheques

There is no doubt that traveler’s cheques in US dollars, Canadian dollars or Euros are the best way to bring money to Margarita Island. The banks charge huge usage fees on credit card transactions and still you get 30% less on the exchange rate. We do suggest that you bring up to 10% in US dollar bills for extra expenses like casino night out or going to a night club with your escort, although even 10% or $240 is on the high end, you will still return home with money. The actual amount is up to you.
